Todd Bechard, CPA, CFA
PRINCIPAL
25+ years of commercial real estate experience, with previous stints as a speaker, university professor, professional caddie, and CFO of a publicly-traded entity. Oh, and I have $10,000+ in career golf earnings.
Todd helps clients acquire, sell, finance and manage investment grade real estate. His more than 25 years of experience as a real estate executive managing and trading multimillion-dollar portfolios, coupled with an extensive background in finance and accounting, means he is well positioned to handle all aspects of commercial real estate business (multi-res, office, industrial, retail and hotels).
With more than $4 bilion in real estate transaction experience, over $1 billion in commercial mortgage debt experience, along with 15+ years of senior executive experience in publicly-traded real estate entities, I have "seen it all"!
