Todd Bechard, CPA, CFA
PRINCIPAL
I have 25+ years of commercial real estate experience in all major Canadian markets, plus slect US markets and several European countries. In addition to real estate I have experience as a public speaker, university professor, professional golf caddie, and a frequent flyer. Oh, I also have $10,000+ in career golf earnings and over 1 million miles in the air.
I can help clients acquire, sell, develop, finance and manage investment grade real estate. My background as a real estate executive managing and trading multimillion-dollar portfolios, coupled with an extensive background in finance and accounting, provides me with the ability to advise on all aspects of commercial real estate (multi-family, office, industrial, retail and hotels/hospitality).
With more than $4 bilion in real estate transaction experience, over $1 billion in commercial mortgage debt experience, along with 15+ years of senior executive experience in publicly-traded real estate entities, I have "seen it all"!
Kevin
Chief Technology Officer and Head Minion
Kevin is shy. He has 30+ years technology/systems architecture experience working with major Canadian and US clients, while still finding time to be the head wifi guy for the Minion empire.
